Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 5 business days via UPS or FedEx from our distribution center in New Jersey. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
What does the “Love It or It’s On Us” guarantee cover?
Try any Savory Oatmeal flavor. If you do not love it, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number, and we refund your money. No receipt hunt, and no fine print maze.

What allergens are in Savory Oatmeal products?
Chicken Oatmeal contains milk and soy. Steak Oatmeal contains wheat and soy. Bacon Oatmeal contains wheat and soy. None of our products contain eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, or sesame as ingredients. Chicken Oatmeal is made on a dedicated gluten-free line; Steak and Bacon Oatmeal are produced on equipment that also processes wheat. Read the full allergen panel on each product page before you buy.
Is Savory Oatmeal gluten-free?
Yes, for one flavor. Chicken Oatmeal is made on a dedicated gluten-free line and carries gluten-free certification. Steak Oatmeal and Bacon Oatmeal are not gluten-free, because they run on shared equipment that also processes wheat.

Do you offer bulk pricing for schools, hospitals, or restaurants?
Yes. Our wholesale program serves schools, hospitals, senior living communities, corporate cafeterias, restaurants, caterers, hotels, camps, and correctional facilities. Visit our wholesale page to request a quote.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale accounts?
Our wholesale minimum is 9 cases per SKU, with 36 single-serve packets per case. Standard lead time is 10 business days, and approved accounts can use Net-30 payment terms. Orders under 9 cases ship through our retail online store instead.
